The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, a very convenient amenity. I found it helpful they provide new towels daily, even with the 'Do not disturb' sign displayed.

Many diverse restaurants surround the building. There is no need to travel far. The Guksu restaurant in front is recommendable, and the lunchbox cafe next door offers tasty, affordable meals. Starbucks, Paris Baguette, and Paul Bassett are conveniently located behind the premises.

the location is very convenient to the subway and the main station. the staff were very friendly and helpful and patient, they helped me print out a document i needed.

The ventilation system was noisy i found. it made terrible sounds, and it was almost impossible to sleep. Even turning it off didn't help. the room was somewhat clean, but very worn out.

the hotel is near city hall station exit 9, it takes about two minutes to walk there. many restaurants are also very close. the room was cleaned and tidied daily. new slippers and robes were provided each day, along with lotion, a comb, shampoo, and conditioner.

the air conditioning system made a lot of noise. it was hard to sleep because of the noise. staff could not do anything about it, they said every room has the same issue.
